Brown Chicken Brown Cow Ice Cream is based in Ouray, Colorado. We make our ice cream in small batches and deliver it fresh to our distributors. Brown Chicken Brown Cow Ice Cream specializes in no-churn ice cream which is very different from a traditional ice cream produced in a machine or churn. The result is a creamier  and richer ice cream that melts on your tongue. Flavor combinations are both classic and unique. All of our flavor combinations and recipes are the brainchild of Dawn Glanc, founder of Brown Chicken Brown Cow. We have a dedicated research and development team that rigorously tests all of our flavors. 

Social responsibility and inclusion are pillars of Brown Chicken Brown Cow Ice Cream. Giving back to the community is part of the foundation of Brown Chicken Brown Cow Ice Cream. Each year Brown Chicken Brown Cow Ice Cream will donate 1% of profits back to a Ouray County Non-profit Organization of its choice.
