Brown Chicken Brown Cow Ice Cream is based in Ouray, Colorado. We specialize in making no-churn ice cream in small batches. The no-churn process is very different from a traditional ice cream produced in a machine or churn. The result is a richer, creamier ice cream that melts on your tongue.
Giving back to the community is part of the foundation of BCBC Ice Cream. Each year BCBC Ice Cream will donate 1% of annual profits back to a Ouray County Non-profit Organization.
